 மனித இயக்கத்தின் ஏழு ஆதார சக்கரங்கள்

1. மூலாதாரம் 

முதுகெலும்பின் அடிப்பாகத்தில் ஆசன வாயின் அருகே அமைந்துள்ள இந்த சக்கரம்தான் உடல் சக்தியின் இருப்பிடம். அமைப்பில் நான்கு இதழ் தாமரை போல் சிவப்பு நிறத்தில் உள்ளது.

உயிர்வாழ வேண்டும் என்கிற ஆசையும், பிடிவாதமும் இங்கேதான் உற்பத்தி ஆகிறது. உடலில் உயிர் இயக்கத்துக்கு இது மூல காரணமாக விளங்குவதால் மூலாதாரம் என்கிற பெயரைப் பெறுகிறது.

சிறுநீரகங்களுக்கு மேலுள்ள அட்ரீனல் சுரப்பிகள் இதன் நேரடி கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இருக்கின்றன. சிறுநீரகங்கள், சிறுநீர்ப்பை, முள்ளந்தண்டு ஆகியவற்றையும் மூலாதாரச் சக்கரம் தன்னுடைய கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வைத்திருக்கிறது.

2. சுவாதிஷ்டானம்

இது பாலியல் உணர்வுகளை தூண்டும் சக்கரம். தொப்புளுக்கு சற்று கீழே ஆறு இதழ் தாமரை போல் ஆரஞ்சு நிறத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது.

பாலியல் சக்தி இதில்தான் மையம் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. ஈகோவிற்கும் இந்த சக்திதான் காரணமாக இருக்கிறது.

மற்றவர்களின் உணர்ச்சிப் போக்குகளை உணர்கின்ற சக்தியும் இந்த சக்கரத்துக்கு உண்டு. ஐம்புலன்களை அடக்கி அறிகின்ற சக்தியும் இதிலிருந்து தொடர்கிறது.

பாலியல் சுரப்பிகளின் மீது இது ஆதிக்கம் செலுத்துகிறது. உற்பத்தி உறுப்புகள், கால்கள் இதன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இருக்கின்றன.

3. மணிபூரகம்

நாபி என்றும் இதற்கு ஒரு பெயருண்டு. தொப்புளுக்கு சற்று   மேலே பத்து இதழ் தாமரை   அமைப்பில்  மஞ்சள் நிறத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது.

உடலின் மையமாக இதனை கருதலாம். இந்த பகுதியில் இருந்துதான் உடல் இயக்கச் சக்தி உடலெங்கும் விநியோகிக்கப்படுகிறது.

கட்டுக்கடங்காத உணர்ச்சியும் இங்குதான் கருக்கொள்கிறது. அதனால்தான் அதிர்ச்சியோ பய உணர்ச்சியோ ஏற்படுகின்ற போது இந்த பகுதியில் உள்ள தசைகள் இருக்கமடைந்து விடுகின்றன.

கணையம், என்கிற சுரப்பி இதனுடைய கட்டுப்பாட்டில்தான் செயல்படுகிறது. மண்ணீரல், இரைப்பை ,கல்லீரல், பித்தப்பை, ஆகியவை இதன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில்தான் செயல்படுகின்றன.

4. அனாகதம்

இதற்கு இருதயச் சக்கரம் என்ற என்கிற பெயரும் உண்டு. மார்பின் மையத்தில், இருதயம் உள்ள பகுதியில் பன்னிரண்டு இதழ் தாமரை அமைப்பில் பச்சை நிறத்தில் இருக்கிறது.

அன்பு, பாசம், இரக்கம், சகோதரத்துவம், விசுவாசம், பக்தி, ஆகிய அனைத்து நல்லியல்புகளின் இருப்பிடமும் இதுவே ஆகும். தைமஸ் சுரப்பி இதன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் செயல்படுகிறது. இருதயம், நுரையீரல்கள்,இரத்த ஓட்டம், ஆகியவையும் இதன் ஆதிக்கத்தில் இருக்கின்றன.

5. விசுத்தி

இதற்கு குரல்வளைச் சக்கரம் என்றொரு பெயரும் உண்டு. இது பதினாறு இதழ்கள் கொண்ட தாமரையாக நீல நிறத்தில் இருக்கிறது.

தொடர்பு கொள்ளுதல், எண்ணங்களை வெளிப்படுத்துதல், படைப்பாற்றல் ஆகியவை இதன் ஆதிக்கத்திற்கு உட்பட்டவை. நம்முடைய புலன்களுக்கு அப்பால் அறியக்கூடிய விஷயங்களை இதன் மூலமாகத்தான் அறிகிறோம்.

தைராய்டு சுரப்பி இதன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இருக்கிறது. குரல்வளை, மூச்சுக்குழல், உணவுக்குழல், கைகள் இதன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் செயல்படுகின்றன.

6. ஆக்கினை

இதை நெற்றிக்கண் சக்கரம் என்றும் சொல்வார்கள். இரண்டு புருவங்களுக்கு மத்தியில் சற்று மேலாக கருநீல நிறத்தில் இரண்டு இதழ் தாமரை சின்னத்தில் அமைந்திருக்கிறது.

தொலை உணர்தல் ( Telepathy ) தொலை அறிதல் போன்ற சக்திகள் இதன் மூலமாகத்தான் கிடைக்கின்றன. அறிவு சங்கல்பம், மனவலிமை, ஆகியவற்றின் இருப்பிடம் இது.

 தாமரைச் சக்கரம் என்ற பெயரும் உண்டு. இது உச்சந்தலை பகுதியில் ஆயிரம் இதழ்கள் கொண்ட தாமரை வடிவத்தில் கருஞ்சிவப்பு நிறத்தில் அமைந்து இருக்கிறது.

இந்தச் சக்கரத்தின் மூலம்தான் ஒருவர் ஞானத்தைப் பெறமுடியும். பிரபஞ்சத்துக்கும், நமக்கும் உள்ள தொடர்பினை தெளிவு படுத்துகின்ற சக்கரம் இது.

என்ன நடக்கப் போகிறது என, அல்லது எதைச் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று முன்கூட்டியே உணர்கின்ற சக்தி இதிலிருந்துதான் கிடைக்கிறது.

பீனியல் சுரப்பி இதன் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இருக்கிறது. மூளையின் மேல்பகுதி இதன் ஆதிக்கத்துக்கு உட்பட்டது.

1. Moolathara

This chakra, located near the anus at the base of the spine, is the location of physical force. The four petals like a lotus in the system. Chakra color is red, Purpose is Survival, Manthra is LAM,and Mudra is Chinmudra. People who says "I am"

This is where the desire and stubbornness to survive is produced. It is called the source because it is the root cause of life in the body.

The adrenal glands above the kidneys are under its direct control. The source chakra also controls the kidneys, bladder, and spinal cord.

2. Swadhishtana

This chakra, located near implicus.It activates sexual arousal. Six petals just below the navel like a lotus.Chakra color is Orange, Purpose is Creativity, Manthra is VAM,and Mudra is Bhairava Mudra. People who says "I feel"

This is where sexual power comes into play. This power is also responsible for the ego.

This wheel also has the power to sense the emotions of others. The power to suppress the senses also continues from this.

It dominates the sex glands. The production organs and legs are under its control.

3. Manipooraga

It also has a name, Nabi. Just above the navel is a Ten-petalled lotus. Chakra color is Yellow, Purpose is Will Power, Manthra is RAM, and Mudra is Anjalimudra. People who says "I do".

It can be considered as the center of the body. It is from this area that the kinetic energy of the body is distributed throughout the body.

This is where unbridled emotion conceives. That is why when there is a feeling of shock or fear, the muscles in this area become tense.

The pancreas, the gland, functions under its control. The spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder function under its control.

4. Anakathaka

It is also known as the heart wheel. In the center of the chest, in the area of ​​the heart is a twelve-petalled lotus. Chakra color is Green, Purpose is Love, Manthra is YAM, and Mudra is Gyanmudra (In Right hand and keep it center of the chest). People who says "I Love". 

This is the abode of all virtues of love, affection, compassion, brotherhood, faith, devotion. The thymus gland functions under its control. It also dominates the heart, lungs, and blood circulation.

5. Visuddhi

It is also known as the laryngeal chakra. It is a lotus  with sixteen petals. Chakra color is Blue, Purpose is Expression, Manthra is HAM, and Mudra is Vishuddhamudra. People who says "I talk". 

Communication, expression of ideas, and creativity are all subject to it. It is through this that we know things that can be known beyond our senses.

The thyroid gland is under its control. It controls the larynx, trachea, esophagus, and hands.

6. Agna

This is also called the eyeball wheel. Two petals in just above the two eyebrows are located on the lotus symbol. Chakra color is Indigo, Purpose is Intuition, Wisdom, Manthra is AUM, and Mudra is Yonimuthra. People who says "I see".

Powers such as telepathy are available through this. It is the abode of knowledge, of mental strength.

7. Sahasrara

Also known as the Crown Chakra. It is in lotus shape with a thousand petals on the scalp. Chakra color is Violet, Purpose is Sprituality, Manthra is ANG, and Mudra is Varunamuthra. People who says "I understand".

Only through this Chakra can one attain wisdom. This is the Chakra that clarifies the connection between the universe and us.

It gives you the power to anticipate what is going to happen, or what needs to be done.

The pineal gland is under its control. The upper part of the brain is dominated by it.
